President-elect, Donald J. Trump in a rather feisty press conference, the first since the 2016 presidential election, took on fake news and questionable activities by U. S. intelligence, Progressive media propagandists as well as having his legal counsel on hand, front and center who reported Trump’s “plans to resign all offices and positions in his companies, and place his assets and investments in a trust.”

As we have seen thus far from the president-elect and his transition team, if the Progressive media propaganda machine that has been smearing Republicans for decades believes for one moment that they will be permitted to walk over a Trump presidency/administration, a harsh awakening is forthcoming.

When media propagandists attempted to hit Trump repeatedly on fake Russian news, the president-elect responded, “It’s all fake news. It’s phony stuff. It didn’t happen.”

At one point, the temperature at the press conference shot up about 10 degrees, when an exchange broke out between Trump and member of CNN and/or Buzzfeed who pushed a fake news report that even a 10-year-old would question. Trump fired back.

Moreover, he commended those media outlets more than once who did not run with this latest fake news report.

The crux of the press conference, however, was an announcement from his team about his plans for The Trump Organization — which now includes handing control of the global company bearing his name to sons Donald Jr. and Eric Trump, along with chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg.

Trump also plans to resign all offices and positions in his companies, and place his assets and investments in a trust. According to an attorney who spoke at the press conference, daughter Ivanka – whose husband Jared Kushner has accepted a senior adviser job in the White House – will relinquish all management authority as well[…]

First thing this morning, Trump despatched the following tweets. No wonder he wants to revamp our intelligence agencies.

 

During the press conference, Trump revisited his promise to repeal and replace Obamacare, build the wall and announced his David Shulkin as his choice to run the Veterans Affairs Department. Shulkin, an Obama nominee is currently the Undersecretary of Health.
