I do not have to tell you that New York City has gone off the charts over the cliff since the 2014 Communist takeover of City Hall by our commie, Bill de Blasio and his comrades in the New York City Council.

Admittedly, New York City’s problems extends further than City Hall.

Case in point, my congressional representative is race-baiting punk Hakeem Jeffries whom I did not vote for nor did most of the people in my district, since most of them did not vote in the 2014 election, which is how NYC ended up the latest crop of vermin in City Hall.

Next, the NYC Council member representing my district, which is where things get fuzzy, no doubt, intentionally.

I live in a large apartment building on the corner of an eight-lane street. If I were to go by the block and lot number of the property on which my apartment building is located, Chaim M. Deutsch (Dist. 48) is my NYC Council Member.

However, if I went by the official USPS mailing address of the apartment building, then race-baiting jerk, Jumaane D. Williams (Dist. 45) is my Council Member.

So do I flip a coin? Both men are Progressives, MIA and focused on the fundamental transformation of NYC correction America with NYC nearly there, which explains why the NYC Council is preparing legislation that would enable illegal aliens to vote in next year’s election.

Williams is focused on inequality, pay equity and regulating Airbnb, while Deutsch who lives in Long Beach, New York is focused on enhancing bi-lingual education about identity theft & phone scams and fire CO alarms.

Easy street and a steal for a Council full of Communist petards who one month ago voted themselves a 32% salary increase.

While pushing the fallacy of equality and pay equity in an effort to convince New Yorkers that they are earning their $36,000 raise, omitted from their social media pages, websites and press releases is the Council’s agenda to allow illegal aliens to vote in New York City elections.

Okay, the NYC Council is not exactly hiding their agenda but they’re not exactly bragging about it either.

If one is not paying attention (and most New Yorkers are not), the scheme to disenfranchise the American voter, although a burr in my saddle, is barely a blip on their radar.

This is the same NYC Council whose members and previous members for the past 15 years have sent me newsletters in which 90% of its content had nothing to do with or say to legalized Americans.

Unsurprisingly, Bill de Blasio’s partner in crime/sidekick Melissa Mark-Viverito, speaker of the NYC Council who wrote the legislation for the $36,000 salary increase is front and center in the push to give illegal aliens the right to vote…just in time for the 2017 elections.

That, of course, explains why de Blasio who is up for re-election next year has been silent on the subject but at the same time, what are the odds of Viverito herself running for mayor?

Pushing the illegal alien voting act labeled by the New York Post as the “Mark-Viverito-Dromm scheme” is New York’s Black and Latino Legislative Caucus.

Bertha Lewis, head of the Black Institute (remember ACORN and the Working Family Party) who never encountered a scam she didn’t like is part of the coalition and plans to introduce the bill this spring as co-sponsored by Viverito and endorsed by Jumaane Williams.

The talking points are that of the 1.3 million immigrants in New York City, 500,000 are illegal aliens.

Balderdash! Take it from a Native New Yorker who have witnessed the invasion throughout the decades, there are at least 8 million immigrants living in New York City, of which more than half are here illegally…and the New York City Council knows it.

bertha lewis wfp screenshhot 002 CROPPEDAccording to Berta Lewis, People want to come out of the shadows. Lie of the week. No they do not. Popping out of the shadows, puts the subject of paying taxes on the table.

…Lewis, whose Black Institute advocates for African and Caribbean immigrants, said such rights should be expanded to cover the mostly minority, undocumented immigrants who work hard, raise families and contribute billions of dollars to the city’s economy.

She sees it as an extension of Mayor de Blasio’s Municipal ID card offered to all residents — including those who are undocumented….

And that’s another thing. About “de Blasio’s Municipal ID card offered to all residents,” New Yorkers have always used the New York State driver’s licenses or a New York State Non-driver ID for identification, renewing them upon expiration.

Thus, there was never any need for a NYC ID that we are now learning was from its inception a stepping-stone toward Commie deBlasio granting illegal aliens the right to vote.

With that in mind, Jumaane Williams was right when he said, “There will be a lot of support for it in the City Council.” He also said, “We want people to participate in civic life and be invested in what happens. It will lead to a healthier community.” Translation: Getting votes is the only reason that the NYC Council is supporting this unconstitutional legislation.

Queens Councilman Daniel Dromm said, “I believe that in a democracy, everybody should participate, and I don’t see how you call something a democracy when you don’t give everybody that opportunity to participate.”

Mary Ellen Elia, Education commissioner of New York State wants to give teacher licenses to illegals enabling them to teach in NYC public schools. According to Elia, “They are American in every way but immigration status. They’ve done everything right…They’ve worked hard in school, some have even served in the military, but when it’s time to apply for a license, they’re told, ‘Stop. That’s far enough.’ We shouldn’t close the door on their dreams.”

New York Post

Mark-Viverito’s short-term goal is to clear the way for immigrant voting in next year’s elections for mayor, comptroller, public advocate, borough president and City Council.

Elia and the Regents are playing a longer game. They seek to normalize the idea that formal citizenship doesn’t really matter — and that insisting on it as a prerequisite for voting is at best discriminatory, and most likely racist.

It is not.….

A massive power play is unfurling, the intent of which is to subjugate the power of the American voter that is already a minority in New York City.

Backers of the “Mark-Viverito-Dromm scheme”:

…Support for the ranges from the left-leaning usual suspects to hard-core-crazy communists — with Citizens Action of New York (“We work to elect progressive candidates!”) leading the way; hyperpolitical unions like the Service Employees International Union and Communications Workers of America following; activists of all sorts bobbing along in the wake — and George Soros’ Open Society Institute writing lots of checks…

Surprised?  Don’t be.  City Hall is in need of a good fumigator.

According to Rasmussen, 71% of Americans oppose “letting illegal immigrants vote for local officials in the area where they live.”

To the people of New York City, GET WITH THE PROGRAM!
