Joshua Black Florida House Republican candidate 2014

The Blaze

A Republican candidate for the Florida House of Representatives is in hot water after he agreed Monday that President Barack Obama should be hanged for treason.

Joshua Black, an African-American, agreed to the idea of hanging the president after a Twitter user sent him the following public message: “I’m past impeachment. It’s time to arrest and hang him high.”

As expected, the Progressive Republican establishment did not waste a minute turning on and distancing the Republican Party from Joshua Black. Florida’s local GOP chairman, Michael Guju and Republican Gov. Rick Scott are among those in the Republican Party demanding that Black abandon his bid for Congress.

Progressives, as expected have unleashed the usual nasty assaults on twitter and Facebook demanding that the Secret Service go after the candidate who took to his Facebook page (below) not to apologize (apologize for what?) but for the sake of clarification.

About the Progressive assault on Black, what we have here is the pot calling the kettle black (no pun intended).  These pompous hypocrites are the same intolerant left wing ideologues that attack Black Conservatives at every opportunity.

They were absent when

These are also the same people who for eight years engaged in nasty attacks against George W. Bush, calling for the same, if not worse.

In other words, if it were a Progressive demanding that a Republican be tried for treason and hung, it would be a non-issue.  Hypocrites!

As reported by TheBlaze, the Secret Service paid Black and although he resigned yesterday from a liaison position with the Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee, Black has no plans to drop out of the race.

As posted to twitter Tuesday evening by Joshua Black reference a visit from the Secret Service:

@ComT911 @EvanAxelbank Even the Secret Service does not believe that I threatened the President.

Shame on the pansies, i.e., Progressives Republican establishment, Progressives and the mainstream media for spinning this into something that it is not.

@JoshuaBlack2014 @EvanAxelbank @ChrisLatvala Where were the GOP when leftists were actually hanging effigies of GWB in the street?

@JoshuaBlack2014 Proud of what you said about Obama’s punishment for treason. He thinks he is above the law.
