Note: As of this posting, the details surrounding last week’s detainment of Ex-Marine, Libertarian and blogger, Brandon J. Raub continues to unfold.
….Last night at approximately 7:30pm, Brandon J Raub, founder of the Richmond Liberty Movement, was arrested. When friends came home they witnessed Brandon being detained by the Police, FBI, and Secret Service, loads of vehicles on scene. Video exists of evidence showing Brandon being taken away. Friends and family asked what had happened, they were told they were tipped off that Brandon had “posts” on his FB that led them to believe he was a danger to others and/or himself. Brandon believes 9/11 was an inside job and questions the actions of government like most of us. Brandon is a level headed, logical, non violent, Marine veteran. He has no known history of being a menace or previously arrested. They were told he would be taken to jail for resisting arrest. They were told he needed to be mentally evaluated for PTSD (due to being a vet)..
…As of this morning his family and friends have contact the FBI and Local Police. They are now being told there is NO RECORD of him being taken into custody. This is the key turning point of this story. After reviewing the above videos and prior to reading the above post from The Jeenyus Corner, I perused Raub’s Facebook page and his site, the Richmond Liberty Movement.

Before the FB page of this ex-Marine is scrubbed (i.e., assuming it has not been already), I thought that I would capture two screenshots (below).
The first screenshot is of Brandon J. Raub’s Facebook wall and the other a note by Raub dated November 11, 2011 entitled, “The Truth.”
Supposedly, Raub’s FB posts in the following video may be what led to Raub’s detainment. Again, you decide.
It appears that Raub was detained for exercising his freedom of speech and expressing his concerns while exposing the tyranny and evil that plagues our shores.
The detainment of this former Marine, Libertarian and blogger brings immediately to mind, the National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”), Obama’s executive order to declare martial law and the Lexicon distributed by the DHS a few years back to local law enforcement agencies throughout the United States.
According to the Obama endorsed NDAA, Raub, who opposes the ideology of the current administration, its never-ending acts of treason and forceful nudging of a nation toward the New World Order could be unconstitutionally deemed a dissenter and, therefore, detained indefinitely.
Brandon J. Raub is one of the first Americans detained (if not the first) under NDAA and therein lies the rub betrayal of and/or declaration of war against Americans.
The roundup of those exercising free speech and opposing the unfurling of the New World Order to the disdain of the ruling Marxist regime is officially underway in America.
The spin meisters would beg to differ but one need not be a rocket scientist to recognize what is taking place.
During my research on Brandon Raub, I ran across an interesting post on a site (“Don’t Tread on Me” aka “DTOM”) where Raub blogs and while I may not agree with all that is written here, it is a post of worthy read. I plan to re-read this post (once I have finished running errands and handling my chores for the day) in order to fully absorb that which the author is attempting to convey.

DOUBLE STANDARD???
Over the past few years, Americans have been inundated with far more aggressive language and threats calling for violence and revolution emanating from our elitist Marxist ruler himself, members of the Congressional Black Caucus and the individuals and entities who support their ideology, i.e., Occupy Wall Street, the New Black Panther Party, Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton, Van Jones, Jeremiah Wright, Frances Fox Piven, Stephen Lerner and Richard Trumka just to name a few yet not one of the above has been detained or will be.
In the meantime, Brandon J. Raub has been thrown into a mental ward and a hearing has been scheduled for some time today.

It’s ok for Farrakhan and the Black Panthers to call for the mass killing of whitey because the FBI and DHS are, if nothing else, PC. This is a fascinating and frightening post, bydesign. Yes, his revolutionary threats are a bit unsettling but most of his FB writing is not so very different from what you find on a LOT of blogs. Did they target him because he’s ex-military? Exactly a target group our ever-so-smart Janet Napolitano warned about, eh?

That is exactly why I did this post. Everything that I have read thus far as posted by this young hero cannot compare to that which is spoken and written by Farrakhan, the New Black Panther Party, union leaders, communist leaders, OWS creeps, etc.
I believe that Raub’s arrest was to send a message across America. This is not only an assault of this young man’s first amendment but TYRANNY and OPPESSION
